TheSun.co.uk claims that Beyonce and Jay-Z are reportedly moving in to a posh townhouse in west London on the recommendation of their close pals. The pair decided to rent the five-bedroom gaff because they were tired of pouring money down the drain on posh hotels.

New mum Beyonce tasked her entourage with finding a suitable home for her family. And a deal was struck this week for a posh property near where X Factor boss Simon Cowell, Virgin chief Sir Richard Branson and director Michael Winner live.

Both Jay-Z and Beyonce are going to be spending a lot of time in London over the next few months. Jay is over here for his Watch The Throne Tour and Radio 1’s Big Weekend and Beyonce will be launching her perfume in Europe over the summer. They wanted to have somewhere more homely now they are parents.

May 13 is set to be an extra special day for the Knowles family. On January 7, Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z welcomed daughter Blue Ivy Carter – meaning Sunday will be the singer’s first time celebrating Mother’s Day as a mom herself.

At a charity event in NYC Wednesday, Blue Ivy’s grandma Tina Knowles opened up to Us Weekly about the Knowles’ big weekend plans.

“[We're] all going to be together,” Tina gushed to Us. “We’re excited because it’s Beyonce’s first Mother’s Day.”

“I’m hoping to cook! I want to cook,” the House of Dereon designer shared. “My traditional soul food and maybe gumbo. That’s my favorite dish!”

Tina also spoke about her daughter’s breathtaking Met Gala appearance Monday night.

“She looked amazing,” Knowles told Us about the Grammy Winner’s lacy, Givenchy Haute Couture gown. “I think she looked absolutely amazing.”

The ‘R.I.P.’ singer says the ‘Countdown’ star gave her great feedback after covering a Destiny’s Child song recently.

Rita Ora has revealed that Beyonce “really liked” her cover of ‘Say My Name’ during a recent concert performance and admits she was thrilled to get the approval of the ‘Love On Top’ star.

The ‘R.I.P.’ singer performed the popular Destiny’s Child song at a showcase gig in New York City last month, which was attended by Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z – who signed Rita to his Roc Nation label back in 2009.

She came behind stage and I sang ‘Say My Name’, and I didn’t know she was there, so afterwards she came and praised me for doing [the song]. She really, really liked it and she was really happy with it. I was really, really happy that I got her approval!
